It's never too late to become healthy and Lynne is a great example of that. She tackles this program like she's in her 20's! Wanted to share her awesome progress with everyone.
I lost 7 lbs this month which is starting in the right direction, I noticed that I feel physically better and have better fuel when I do my runs! I will continue to improve on my eating and activity now that I have established areas that need improvement,
Physically there have not been a lot of changes but my pants are looser and I just feel better. I know I have a long journey but this has been a good start. Thanks for this challenge, Lynne
