Spinach Shake Recipe, Servings: 1
• 1 1/2 cups spinach
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1/2 banana
• 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
• 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
• 2 cups ice (varies based on the consistency you want)
Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend and enjoy!
Tips: If you put the spinach in the freezer you won’t have to worry about it going bad (wilting) before you use it!
Also, if you peel and then freeze the bananas you won’t need as much ice.
