Calories per serving: 45.5 or 182 for all 4 minis
- 1 Cinnamon Roll Quest Bar
- 1 TBSP Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- A few shakes of cinnamon (optional)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. On a greased cookie sheet, use a rolling pin to roll the Quest bar to about 1/8 of an inch thick (you can microwave the bar for a few seconds so it's easier to work with if needed). Bake at 350 degrees for two minutes. Let cool for 1-2 minutes and then cut the bar lengthwise into four even (long) strips. Spread the tablespoon of Greek yogurt over the four strips. Roll each strip up into a mini cinnamon roll. Enjoy as is, or shake a little bit of cinnamon on each roll.
